Repeat business means everything to us. Therefore, we strive hard to make certain we impress our customers in everything that we do. Going the extra mile is just doing our job as far as we're concerned.

And we can back it up! Over the years we have sent customers to the best that UK biking has to offer, including the British MotoGP, World Superbikes at Donington and Silverstone, British Superbikes, Ron Haslam Race School, the Isle of Man TT and NorthWest 200. Not forgetting, keeping plenty of them fed and watered on Track Days and Rideouts all over the country.

I’ve had a few bikes from Kev, Laura and Matt who always look after me and we have a good laugh. I like to keep things informal but expect professional help, service and advice. A difficult mix, but they manage to keep me coming back.

I came across Northwest Honda in Blackpool looking for a second hand Honda CBR 600 and I remember speaking to Laura about it. She was more than happy to help and answer all my questions without any hesitance.

As the bike i rang about was already sold she talked me through other second hand and new options. At no point did it feel like I was talking to a salesperson, I wasn't treat like a "punter" but more as a bike enthusiast. Through a phone conversation and several emails we came up with the best option for me budget wise and she even helped me ring around for insurance.

It was the same when I rang the guys in the parts department, they noted what I wanted and got some good prices for me. I had over a million questions and each one was answered to satisfaction and thoroughly.

I have now had my bike for a few months and every time I ring these guys for any queries I still get the same treatment. All in all I am very pleased with the bike and the service I have received and would love to deal with them again.

I finished the tour about 3 weeks ago so I have been making the most of the good weather and I have to say that it is an absolutely stunning bike. There are so many people commenting on what a good looking bike it is which is saying something when they pick it out amongst piles of Harleys, Ducatis and other associated super quick nonsense.

So, thanks again for your very helpful advice. As a very green novice that basically knows nothing, I really appreciated your honest comments and advice.

I recently purchased a part by telephone from Blackpool for my Honda Blackbird. Firstly, I found the manner in which I was spoken to over the phone by both Tom and Russ to be very approachable and friendly. They both dealt with my persistent calling and questions on a previous vist very professionally. I have now recommended the garage to everyone who will listen.

Secondly, I was very surprised to hear that Russ volunteered to drop off the part to my house personally as he lives in nearby. This saved me both time and money.
